“Operation Home for Christmas”
The information contained on this page is made available to educate inmates, and those who care about them, of the truth that 98% of all Federal prisoners are not criminals – it’s an impossibility as a matter of law!
To those who care: Read this information, check it out, all the references are contained in the material. All the authorities come from the U.S. Constitution, Acts of Congress (federal statutes), case law, law dictionaries and reference materials (see online at www.FindLaw.com). Send it to federal inmates you care about. He/she can verify all the information from a few books in the law library at the institution.
To federal inmate: “The records show that of every two hundred indictments that the United States District Court prosecutes, one hundred ninety-seven are found guilty.” John M. Nickleson, Attorney, Federal Defender’s Office, Dallas, Texas – April 2006
Compare a federal criminal prosecution to a basketball game; you against the feds. In any game no opponent wins 98.5% of the time. Something is wrong – the game is rigged. This statistic means 98.5% of all defendants in the Federal judicial system go to prison and all had attorneys.
A game has been played with your liberty. You sat on the bench and let your attorney play. He lost – you lost; the information you now hold in your hands explains why.
Do you want to go home? You can. Soon.
How? Beat the feds at their own game. To do so you have to get in the game. If you still have an attorney – fire him. If you don’t have an attorney – you’re half-way home!
After you are released, you can file a tort claim with the United States for false imprisonment and sue; your attorney is liable for malpractice.
You can beat the feds – every time – regardless of what stage or what “period of the game” you find yourself: pre-indictment, indictment and pre-arraignment, trial, plea bargaining / agreement, awaiting sentencing, post-conviction (appeal), prison, supervised release and 50 years after release.
What do you have to do? “Study” these materials – it takes time and effort. You have the time, make the effort; your family needs you home. You have to be in the game to take a shot.
“There was never any fear for me, no fear of failure. Maybe even after a shot that could have won a game. I can deal with that. If I don’t miss the shot, then I don’t miss it – we win. I can rationalize the fact that there are only two outcomes: you can either make it or you miss it. I could think that way because I know I had earned the opportunity to take that shot.” Michael Jordan, Driven From Within, Attria Books, p. 167, 2005
My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge1 …do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the truth2 …then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free3 …don’t be afraid…those who are with us are more than those who are with them.4
My prayer is that your eyes will be opened to the fraud which has been perpetrated upon those prosecuted in the United States District Courts and realize that We the People are the employers, the judges and attorneys are our employees, and the “buck” stops here, with us. If we don’t hold the perpetrators and conspirators (government officers and employees) accountable – no one will; and the trafficking in human flesh will continue.
